This week their post on sushi in Anguilla offers some excellent suggestions for where to eat the freshest sashimi.

If you are in Anguilla craving sushi AND an amazing view it doesn’t get much better than Coba Restaurant at the Viceroy. Even if you aren’t staying at the resort I recommend stopping by for an evening at one of the resorts food and beverage outlets. The view from the restaurant Coba, (pictured above) is one of the most breathtaking I’ve seen in the Caribbean. The breakfast buffet is also worth mentioning, everything from made to order omelets, pancakes, waffles, fruit, and juices, my 1st stop of the day before doing anything in the water. CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa Reopens

Caribbean Journal offers “daily, comprehensive coverage of the world of Caribbean travel” and this week they posted news about the reopening of legendary CuisinArt Golf Resort. The article covers all the updates and upgrades, and we at Enjoy Anguilla are excited: we didn’t know if CuisinArt could GET any better!

The three-month project made changes to the resort’s accommodations, resort entrance, pools and restaurants. The 275-acre beachfront property’s 93 guest rooms now have new furnishings, LCD TVs, Bose Wave music systems, Nespresso makers and other enhancements.
